It is used for larger tools such as chisels, osteotomes, or similar tools up to 1 2" thick and 1 1 2" wide. It is also good for lawnmower blades, paper cutter blades, and larger shears from 10" 14". It adjusts to the various tapers of the blades. The clamp locks the shears at a particular angle and can be set to match all possible angles on tools up to 14 inches in length. Includes
