Almost nobody plants it in California. Ghostnote founder Brad Friedman is the rare exception, sourcing from Tres Pinos Creek an organically farmed, own rooted parcel inside the Siletto family's vineyard in San Benito County. The winemaking is low intervention, native yeast, and aimed at clarity rather than weight. The result is a distinctly
