Antique Owl on Lapis Conversion Pendant woman charm A petite demantoid garnet &Owls have long associations with wisdom and academic achievement. The Greek goddess of wisdom, Athene, was often depicted with an owl, as was her Roman counterpart Minerva. We created this unique pendant by taking lapis from a vintage 14k gold cufflink (circa 1950) and mounting on a 9ct gold owl from a 1910s era brooch.
