Giffard Blue Curacao 50cl Midori Aperitif classified as a liqueurGiffard Blue Curacao is an alcholic liqueur made from the distillation of bitter and sweet oranges, including the oils from the peel of the Laraha orange. Curacao is a Carribean island where these oranges grow, hence the name of the liqueur. It has a blood orange flavour that is fresh and mellow with a very nice bouquet of sweet citrus. As you would expect, the palate is sweet and dominated by citrus fruits notes.
