Treat yourself to a night off and serve this pizza as is or with a lovely side salad. This vegetarian pizza is perfect for the mushroom lovers out! We have topped our homemade dough and tomato sauce with a generous portion of roasted Ontario oyster mushrooms, shaved red onions, parsley, and mozzarella
